Back in 2020, we were in the midst of moving into our new house. We had handed over our old house to the new owner and temporarily moved into a rented place for a month, eagerly waiting for the renovation of our new house to be completed. However, no one could have anticipated the pandemic. Covid-19 struck, and the lockdown brought all renovation work to a halt. As a result, we were stuck in our rented place for an additional two months.
Although we were surrounded by numerous coffee shops, none of them serve a truly satisfying cup of coffee. Being confined in a house for two months is a long time, let alone without coffee. That was when I started learning and brewing my own local coffee.
